Instructions for Use

Mix 1–2 teaspoons (5–10 ml) of sauna scent with one liter of water and pour the mixture onto hot stones. For a deeper scent experience, increase the amount of scent.

Spruce (Picea abies) is the heart of the Finnish forest. Its essential oil exudes the deep freshness of the forest and creates a strong, grounding atmosphere in the sauna.
