Our Roots II false groove panel celebrates what others might hide: it is made from Finnish aspen, from the knotty part of its trunk, which is created as a side stream of our knot-free premium production. Each panel tells a story of Finnish forests with its unique grain patterns and natural knots.

Made entirely in Pieksämäki from Finnish aspen.
The Roots I false groove panel is sawn at our own sawmill and heat-treated to a beautiful brown shade using only hot air and steam. Finally, the panel is planed into a 15×68mm false groove STS 5 profile.

The panel is A-grade but contains natural knots, which make each piece unique.

Excellent for saunas and wall and ceiling panelling.
Heat-treated aspen is a resin-free, dimensionally stable, and pleasant material for damp spaces.
