Thanks to heat treatment, aspen becomes even harder and more durable. It has a noble wood-like elegant surface and a pleasant scent. Heat-treated aspen can be used as is, as raw wood, or it can be surface-treated freely if desired. Paraffin oil or sauna wax treatment deepens the beautiful dark shade of heat-treated aspen, protects the wood, and makes cleaning easier.
